Stopped in because it was raining. The woman who greeted us has lived in Silverton for over 40 years. She gave us a very nice brief history of the town. That was very nice of her and very appreciated.
This is a 'hub' for life in Silverton, Co. One of the ladies here has made rhubarb pies for their 4th of July festival for 20+ years. That's focus on her town. Jackie still takes orders I'm told. They get into holiday festivals here.
