This place is crazy popular! We waited 15 minutes when we arrived at one o clock on a Monday. Practically everyone was eating one of their delicious burgers. I had the bacon cheeseburger with barbecue sauce on it and it was delicious.
Great food, service and atmosphere. You could spend a day looking at all the wall memorabilia. Our meals and desserts were home-made and excellent.
I was told about this place by some friends who said how great the food was, Soo when they said it was about a ten to fifteen minute wait I was all about it. However, it ended up being about a forty five minute wait. When the 3 of us finally got in, the tables were do closer together the servers could barely get by. I got bumped into more than once. The servers themselves were rushing around and hardly able to keep up. Though or server was clearly over of the more experienced ones, she still forgot our drink orders (they didn't come out until after our food) and was not exactly friendly though she was never unfriendly either. The food was ok, but nothing special. The place itself was very cool and eclectic and definitely historic. It was cool to look at, but I think next time we visit Silverton we will eat somewhere else.
Excellent food, reasonably priced. Crowded because it's good and has quirky decor. For a laugh, check out the humerous sign on toilet stall in men's room.
I met up with some friends coming into the area where we spent a few days and we stopped here for lunch. What a fun time. The people were great and the food was pretty good too. Reminded me of places up home I used to visit with all the stuff on the walls and whatnot. Very enjoyable.
