Peaceful, beautiful campground with wonderful views. The premium waterfront site we had was fantastic. I would have stayed longer. The showers were nice too. Staff was very friendly.
Great location with beautiful views and quick access to the Colorado Trail. The people running it are very nice and helpful even to people who aren't staying at the campground. If you're going to stay here make sure to get a reservation or at least call ahead or you might be disappointed.
Super helpful and nice staff. Nice campgrounds. Lake for fishing or water activities like paddle boarding, canoeing/kayaking. Bathrooms available. Showers also but are not free. Firewood available for purchase. Great walking trail. Quiet.
Beautiful area, just hard to enjoy with the impolite management. Drove 6 hours just to be ran off. Other locations near by are much more welcoming and have spectacular scenery as well. As a traveler, I prefer to be welcomed not shunned away.
The guy at the gate was so incredibly rude! I have never been treated so poorly before. Even when I was apologetic for making him upset, he still continued to yell at me. Was looking for a pretty spot to take some wedding photos and he totally ruined my experience. Camp manager on a POWER TRIP! Would never go back no matter how pretty it is.
