Love this place! Great staff and service, they take pride in their cooking and their company. Cozy room fits around 45 people, larger tables of 6 or smaller tables of 1 or 2 are doable. The food is great and personally if you asked for a side by side comparison to Brown Bear Cafe, hands down Kendall Mountain takes the gold. The food is far superior and the service is too. Thanks for your hospitality!

"Rustic" is the best way to describe the dining room - simple but pleasant. The menu has few choices after 11:30 - a few sandwiches, no salads, few drink choices. The waitress was pleasant, and they did make a salad for us. The BLT and potato salad were tasty. The restroom (if there was a mens room, it was closed) was the womens room and one of the least attractive I've ever seen (run down, mismatched seat and toilet, cleaning equipment stored in one corner, hadn't seen a paint brush in years, felt dirty).

The wife and I have been in Silverton many many times even though we are from Missouri and travel all over the country, GOD has indeed blessed us. But the staff went out of their way to greet us warmly, the food was great for us (hot pastrami sandwich, and wife had a great kosher large hot dog). The price was unbelievably low and we even were able to spend some time with the owner and cook. You can't go wrong but if they are booked, we had eaten a few weeks earlier at the pizza place one block south and it too was great. thanks guys.

This cafe is very clean, it has a home town atmosphere, home cooked meals. This is for sure where the locals go to get a great meal and priced right and fair. The green chile cheese hamburger I had was great, cooked perfectly meat had great taste, curly fries fresh and cook perfectly. My wife's BLT on wheat she said was very good and the bacon cooked perfectly to her taste. The service was great friendly kept my wife's coffee toped off with out having to ask. I had a great experience and highly recommend this cafe.

Just had lunch at this little place, my parents and I managed to make it to town between when shops and restaurants close for summer season and a few open back up for winter season, so it was the only place open in town. I had a burger and fries and as unadventurous as it sounded, it tasted amazing. The burger was large and flavorful, greasy but absolutely delicious. And the fries were addictive, spiral cut and seriously fried to perfection. So. Good.
